Chicken with Onnar feta cheese
1 medium chicken cut in pieces
1/2 cup Onnar olive oil
2 large grated onions
1 cup white dry wine
Salt and pepper
4 teaspoons sweet paprika
The juice of 1 large lemon
400 gr Onnar feta cheese
5 to 6 tablespoons chopped parsley:
Heat the olive oil and brown the chicken all around. Add the grated onion and saute, stirring.
Add the wine and reduce heat. Cover the pot and let the chicken to cooked slowly. If necessary add a little water
When the chicken is ready, add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika. Cook for more 2 to 3 minutes. Add the feta cheese, the parsley and remove from fire.
You can serve it with rice or potatoes.
