Vinification: Selected grapes are destemed and crushed. Must inoculation by selected strains of dry active yeast.Color extraction at 28oC.Malolactic fermentation was taken place.

Wine description:
Kastropolitia is a blend of Agiorgitiko and Mavroudi varieties. The grapes are from vineyards that are located in the plain of Monemvasia.
Tasting notes:
Light ruby color, cherry, coffee, nutty nose, soft tannins, medium body, elegant finish.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC
