The grapes are inoculated by selected strains of dry active yeast.It is fermented in stainless steel. Fermentation at low temperature (14 –16 oC) from 15 to 20 days.
Asyrtiko is one of the finest Greek varieties.The grapes are from vineyards that are located in the slopes of Monemvasia. The variety Asyrtiko is vinified to reveal a wine of severe presense, refreshing and intense fruity aromatic character, as well as rich, fruity and balanced palate with pleasant acidity.
Vibrant yellow-green, aromas of fresh fruits, pleasant tones of citrus fruits, freshness fairly long finish.
Serving temperature: 9-11oC
Best Food Matching: Seafood, grilled fish, smoked meat and strong meat.
